Strengthening our public foundation, improving access to legacy material, and aligning on steady, responsible publishing for 2026.

Our latest February 7th working session focused on building momentum through fundamentals: making Reignite simpler to navigate, easier to understand, and more consistent for the public as we continue scaling into 2026. We talked through the reader experience from the outside-in—what a newcomer sees first, how they find “start here” material without getting overwhelmed, and how returning readers can quickly locate deeper research, case-based content, and ongoing updates.

A major theme was continuity and stewardship: preserving existing research material and the legacy work that brought many of you here in the first place, while steadily improving readability and accessibility—especially for people browsing on phones or exploring the site in short sessions. The goal is not reinvention. It’s refinement: fewer dead ends, clearer pathways, and a public-facing experience that feels organized, modern, and reliable without losing the spirit of the work.

We also reinforced an operating style that keeps us grounded in signal rather than speculation. Instead of guessing what matters most, we’re increasingly letting real-world engagement patterns and reader feedback guide what we prioritize—what people are searching for, what they share, and what they return to repeatedly. We discussed how responsible technology can support that direction: not “tech for tech’s sake,” but practical tools that help organize knowledge, improve discoverability, and reduce the friction between curiosity and understanding.

Alongside that, we reaffirmed a disciplined approach to collaboration: we’re open to working alongside aligned efforts and archives when it serves the public and fits our mission, but we’re protecting focus so Reignite remains stable and consistent in what we publish. As we move forward, you can expect a steady rhythm of new and refreshed content, incremental improvements to the public experience, and continued care in how we present material—clear language, respectful framing, and a long-term commitment to responsible inquiry.
